How to check if your national ID card is ready(for Nigerians ) online

   This is how to check if your national ID card is ready for collecting
     It is possible that your national identity card is ready but you do not know, according to the national identity management commission (nimc),
  If you have registered for the national ID card long time ago,then you can check if it is ready through this simple steps below

 1.visit NIMC centre online
  https//touch.nimc.gov.ng
 2.Click the proceed button
  3.fill in your first name,last name and your national identification number then hit check
    Recently,a NIMC representative described the advantage of the new national identity card,apart from many other things,it may also be used as Automated Teller Machine (ATM) card anywhere in the world where there is MasterCard
  NIMC,s director of technical services Mr Emmanuel Ogungbe disclosed that the commission has already signed an agreement with MasterCard.he said that , besides as ID card,it is also a cash card so the holder can withdraw in any place moreover especially within the West African sub region.it soon would become possible to travel with this card only ,that's to say passport free.
