Therefore, for the purposes of our work,we lean towards ", management"as a disciple for entrepreneurs.

We define entrepreneurial management as the practice of taking entrepreneurial knowledge and utilising it for increasing the effectiveness of new business venturing as well as small and medium sized businesses

The heart of entrepreneurial management is continually juggling these vital management issues....

1,what is this venture all about (mission and value statement)
2,where should it go (,*goals and objectives)
3,how will it get there (growth and strategy)

4,what does it take to reach there (people and resources)
5,what structure is the best (organisational capacities )

6, how much money does it need and when (, financing strategy)
7, how will it recognise that final destination ( vision of success)
